Basically the kit started out as the 'Jolly Roger' & although I didn't find it appealing as it was,. it did have potential. 

The skeleton in the kit was very impressive [if only the ones in Rommel's Rod had been as good] I shortened the back end, I thought it sat to far past the diff, did away with the majority of add-ons [masts etc.], keeping only the essentials. 

The figures are sculptured clay/resin cast I preferred a zombie-esque appearance, the bonnet & skirts were also discarded as they hid all that chrome. The 'stern' was a mixture of carved styrene & spare parts.
