The "King T" built and owned by Don Tognotti with its detailed perfection won first place in the Winternationals the firs time it was entered. In the Oakland Roadster Show (grand-daddy of them all), it repeated its act of taking first place and continues to do so. In the fall of 1964 it went on tour with Promotions, inc. and hasn't missed taking the highest award at every show it's been entered. The body is almost stock, it has independent rear suspension, coil springs in the front, disc brakes all around and an injected "283" Chevy engine. The AMT Orchid Silk Metallic Luster lacquer matches the body color. The seats and top are white.

As fine a 60s custom as you'll ever see, this kit was later repackaged by AMT with the Wild Dream.
