This "out-of-this-world" rod was originally conceived by George Barris and adapted from his late '60s Moonscope show rod. This TV show spawned another model kit the Eagle1 Transporter. There is an offer in this kit for an Alpha Moonbase shoulder patch! I'm still waiting for mine.
