This version of the Willy's Van has only been released twice as far as my research has taken me, first in 1968 and again the most recent release.

I have to admit, I found this to be a much more enjoyable building expeience than I expected.

I was tempted to go with solid red paint per the box but decided on this automotive Ford blue from a rattle can.

I did experience a bit of trouble with the one piece tilt front end's mounting point. But I worked around that with a short piece of aluminum.

It's mostly a simple box build, but like a said, an enjoyable build.
