Stage Fright (kitbash)

Built by: Brandon Flannery in Bakersfield, California

Inspiration for this came from an announcement at an Atlanta NNL show. They stated the next show theme would be to illustrate your favorite Hot Wheels car.

Many visions flowed through my head, and when I purchased my Raider's Coach, I knew exactly what to do with it. This is my first all out kit bash since my childhood.

I used the coach body from the aforementioned Raiders kit, and the frame from a Li'l Gasser. Most of the suspension and interior are Gasser parts as well. The engine is the Gasser issue 429 with a parts box blower set-up, and it has a suitcase gas tank from a Pie Wagon.

The rear slicks are from a Bad Medicine, and those super wide Cragars are aftermarket units mated to Fujumi Wire wheel outers with the spokes stripped out.

I no longer live near Atlanta, but it was a fun project to work on.
