Ice Bucket |
||
---|---|---|---|
Built by: Steve Hammann / Carlinville, IL. You know me, I just can’t bring myself to build them totally straight out of the box. The donor kit for this bash is obviously an Ice T, which was “loosely” designed around a Model T Ford. I removed the top from the body to make it a roadster and we all know from our history lesson that topless T’s are known as buckets, hence the name Ice Bucket. The chassis is a shortened Revell Funny car unit with plug wires, fuel lines, and chute cords added. The body was modified to replicate the AA/Fuel Altereds of old. Paint is Testors Yellow with a top coat of Boyd’s Aluma Coupe Pearl Yellow and chassis paint is Testors Metalic Green.
